Culinary Day Camp – Kitchen Work & Restaurant Service – Spring Break 2020
From March 02 through March 06, 2020, ages 9-12.
This camp is offered in French only, therefore it is important that the child attending be able to understand and communicate in the French language.
Your child can play the tole of a restaurateur for real.
As of 9 am, our apprentice chefs go into the kitchen to prepare lunch. For two hours, they learn how to cut, cook, mix, season and make unique recipes from the Robin des Bois menu. Guided by our chef, Amélie Acloque, and her team, they learn how to work with fresh, raw and as much local food as possible. Plus, all this in a real restaurant kitchen!
Around 11 am, they take off their kitchen aprons and replace them with table service to serve the customers in our dining room. They learn how to set-up the tables, learn how to take orders, serving food and how to transform the dining room for evening service. In short, they learn to work in a new trade.
Participate for a day, several days or the whole week.
$50 + taxes per day
$225 + taxes per week
8am – Arrival
9am – Start of daily activities
3pm – End of the activities
