Come and participate in the urban yoga retreat with Lyne St-Roch on January 26, 2023.

This is a yoga and meditation workshop with a vegetarian buffet.
Time! We all know that it goes by too fast and that it is precious. Do we give it enough quality moments, in full consciousness, to appreciate it at its true value? It’s all about creating the opportunity.

Lyne proposes a meeting where slowness will be the order of the day, far from any form of performance. A yoga and meditation practice designed to feel more, to perceive the right tension. A privileged moment to breathe better and calm the nervous system; a beneficial interlude in our hectic lives and an incentive to stop more often.

Now installed at the chalet in Lafontaine Park, the Robin des Bois restaurant continues its social mission by fighting against the ever-present scourges of solitude, social isolation and poverty. Lyne is delighted and honored to be able to contribute in her own way. At its inception in 2006, the Robin was literally next door to Studios Lyne St-Roch on St-Laurent Boulevard in Montreal. We have fond memories of our mutual visits! A great pleasure to return to the Robin!

A pioneer of French yoga in Montreal, founder of Studios Lyne St-Roch in 2001, a graduate in physical activity sciences from the University of Sherbrooke, a massage therapist and renowned teacher, Lyne St-Roch has extensive experience in the field of yoga and wellness. Over the years, she has given numerous trainings, workshops and conferences. Many of today’s yoga teachers, both in Montreal and elsewhere in Quebec, have studied with her.

Amongst her many media interventions, Lyne has been a regular contributor to La Presse+ and published her first book “La voie du cœur – Yoga pour une santé globale” with Éditions La Presse in November 2021. Always attentive to the needs of each person, her teaching has influenced the lives of thousands of women and men.
