Job posting : Administrative Assistant – Events

We are looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for a 2-month contract in support of our May 1, 2026 fundraising event, as well as our administrative and event-related activities.

This key role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, taking initiative, and contributing meaningfully to impactful projects with a strong social mission.

Robin des Bois is a socially conscious restaurant located in the heart of Parc La Fontaine. Over the years, we’ve expanded to offer a wide range of activities, including live shows, DJ nights, day camp programs, bingo, and much more.

Main Responsibilities

Fundraising Support

  • Research potential partners and sponsors
  • Source and coordinate auction items
  • Provide administrative support related to fundraising event organization
  • Be present on the day of the fundraiser to support operations — and enjoy the evening!
  • Administration
  • Provide general administrative support, including certain CNESST files and related administrative tasks

Volunteer Development

  • Contribute to developing activity offerings for corporate volunteer programs

Profile We’re Looking For

  • Highly versatile and able to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Drive
  • Interest in the community sector and philanthropic events (a strong asset)

Working Conditions

  • Part-time position — 15 to 20 hours per week
  • Weekly team meetings
  • Salary based on experience and references
