Weekday rentals
Although we’re closed to the public on weekdays, you can still rent our rooms. Write to us at info@robindesbois.ca to make a reservation. Please let us know the number of people, your budget and whether you’d like to eat or drink.
Your place at the chalet
During our regular opening hours, groups can reserve a corner of the chalet or an outdoor space.
The chalet is a communal and friendly place where respect for others is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
Interior spaces
Twelve months a year, you can reserve a corner of the chalet during our regular opening hours. Closed and semi-closed sections, tables that can be configured to suit your needs, plenty of windows, and always the pleasure of being in the heart of Parc La Fontaine! We recommend that you check the schedule carefully to see what events are taking place at the time of your rental. For birthdays, baby showers and other celebrations, it is necessary to rent an enclosed space, either our loggias or the entire chalet after our opening hours.
The chalet, just for you
Outside our regular opening hours, it’s possible to have exclusive use of the chalet!
To find out more, write to us. In order to meet and adapt to your needs, please specify in your e-mail whether it’s a private or corporate event, the desired date and time, the number of guests expected, and your total budget for the evening.
LE REFECTOIRE
A simple and friendly semi-private space, perfect for an informal team meeting without audiovisual needs or a meal with friends. The Dining Room can accommodate a maximum of 18 people. This space is not suitable for birthdays, baby showers, or other festive celebrations.

Warm, semi-private space. With its wooden tables, comfortable sofas and modular partitions, it invites you to relax and lends itself perfectly to family gatherings or life ceremonies.

An intimate and versatile private room, Loggia Sud is just as suitable for business meetings as it is for children’s birthday parties. Tables can be arranged according to your needs for a pleasant, well-organized space (Wi-Fi, HDMI/USB TV, multiple table and chair configurations).

Outdoor areas
From May to September inclusive, you can reserve our gazebos, our terrace, or even both, during our regular opening hours. You’ll enjoy an exceptional space, with views of the pond, trees and urban wildlife. Booking outside is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for the vagaries of the weather. For zero risk, we invite you to book inside.
GAZEBO NORD
Located at the end of the north wing, perfect for a family gathering, birthday party or informal get-together in a convivial atmosphere. You can rent the adjacent North Terrace for more space. (covered outdoor area)

Our signature activity: Cooking for the next
Le Robin des Bois invites you to an activity that combines business with pleasure.
The Cook to the Next activity takes place in three stages:
- Welcome cocktail and presentation of the evening’s proceedings.
- A cooking activity that transforms dining room tables into kitchen islands, and guests into cooks!
- The dining room is back to its usual self, and the party continues with a buffet dinner concocted by our chef Damien and his team.

END-OF-LIFE CEREMONY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the smooth running of the rentals, please respect the following instructions. We are delighted to welcome you and thank you for sharing this space with us.
- During our regular opening hours, groups can reserve a corner of the chalet or an outdoor space.
- Reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Rental blocks should include the time needed for your set-up and tidy-up after the event. If you wish to decorate the space differently: You may decorate the rented space, for example by hanging balloons or garlands. No permanent alterations to the space are permitted.
- When renting two consecutive time slots, the time between the two blocks is included at no extra charge.
- We don’t host weddings or ceremonies, so as not to take on the responsibility of what could be the most important day of your life.
- Following your reservation, we will send you a questionnaire detailing all aspects of your stay. Please fill it in and return it promptly.
- The south terrace is not available for rental, as it must remain available for public use.
- Alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the restaurant counter. No outside alcoholic beverages will be tolerated, otherwise we may lose our liquor license. We reserve the right to search bags upon arrival. We offer several options for your event, including bottle purchases, cash & carry or, for larger groups, beverage coupons.
- For both food and beverages, service is at the counter. There is no table service. We have clearing stations available for everyone in our restaurant, and in the outdoor areas. Please help us keep our premises clean! 🙂
- Vehicles are strictly forbidden inside Parc La Fontaine, although it is possible to enter with a vehicle to unload equipment for a maximum of 5 minutes. Landing must be in front of the main gate, not near the whale. Beware: rumour has it that park rangers hide in the bushes to track down vehicles 😉
- You are not allowed to bring your own food into our indoor areas. You can choose from our variety of delicious menus that are sure to please. All our menus include a detailed list of allergens and indication of “vegan” and “vegetarian”, so your guests can make their choice according to their preferences.
- For equipment rental for private events (outside opening hours), please write to us.
- Pets are not allowed inside, even if they are very cute!
