Your spot at the chalet
During our regular opening hours, groups can reserve a corner of the chalet or an outdoor space.
The chalet is a communal and friendly space where it’s essential to respect and adapt to others to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
Indoor spaces
Twelve months a year, you can reserve a corner of the chalet during our regular opening hours. Closed and semi-closed sections, possibility to configure tables according to your needs, abundant windows, and always, the pleasure of being in the heart of Parc La Fontaine!
The Refectory
Capacity of : 18 people max
Rental is $125 per block, non-refundable
Semi-private section, ideal for an intimate group! This section features a refectory table for up to 18 people.
When renting our spaces, make sure not to exceed the maximum capacity. Note that consuming alcohol from outside is strictly prohibited, and the use of sound systems is restricted. Make sure that you have thoroughly reviewed the terms and conditions.

The Lounge
Capacity of : 50 people max
Rental is $350 per block, non-refundable
A semi-private section for up to 50 guests. The layout, including numerous wooden tables and a comfortable sofa, invites you to relax and enjoy the moment.

The South Loggia
Capacity of: 25 people max
Rental is $175 per block, non-refundable
Enclosed room for up to 25 people, ideal for business meetings.
Tables can be arranged to create any desired configuration. Wi-Fi signal available.

The Loggia North
Capacity of : 35 people max
Rental is $245 per block, non-refundable
Enclosed room for up to 35 people, ideally suited to business meetings. It offers access to a TV equipped with HDMI and USB connections, as well as a reading desk, benefits from a Wi-Fi connection and allows tables to be rearranged to obtain the desired configuration.

Outdoor spaces
From May to September inclusive, it’s possible to reserve our gazebos, our terrace, or even both, during our regular opening hours. You’ll enjoy an exceptional space with a view of the pond, trees, and urban wildlife. Booking outside is at your own risk; we are not responsible for weather-related contingencies. For a risk-free experience, you’re invited to book indoors.
Gazebo North
Capacity of : 30 people max
Rental is $210 per block, non-refundable
Located at the end of the north wing, this gazebo offers an intimate atmosphere, being partially enclosed on three sides. Its layout makes it ideal for all types of visitors, but it is particularly well-suited to families thanks to its welcoming furnishings. It can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests, making it the perfect space for family reunions or intimate gatherings.

Nestled at the end of the south wing, the South Gazebo is characterized by its intimate atmosphere, thanks to its partially enclosed structure on three sides. It can accommodate up to 30 guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

North Terrace
Capacity of : 75 people max
Rental is $525 per block, non-refundable
This space, nestled between the restaurant and the South Gazebo, offers breathtaking views and open access to the surrounding park. It can comfortably accommodate up to 75 guests, making it ideal for larger outdoor events.
If you’re looking for more space for your event, don’t hesitate to check the availability of the North Gazebo. If it’s available, you can rent both spaces to accommodate even more guests.

Our signature activity: Cuisinez au suivant
Robin des Bois invites you to an activity that combines the useful with the enjoyable.
The CUISINEZ AU SUIVANT activity unfolds in three stages :
- Welcome cocktail and presentation of the evening’s program.
- Cooking activity, where the dining room tables transform into kitchen islands, and the guests become chefs!
- The dining room returns to its usual appearance, and the celebration continues with the dinner buffet, prepared by our chef Sofus and his team.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the smooth operation of rentals, please adhere to the following guidelines. We are delighted to welcome you and thank you for sharing this space with everyone.

- During our regular opening hours, groups can reserve a corner of the chalet or an outdoor space.
- Reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Rental blocks must include the time needed for your setup and cleanup after the event. If you wish to decorate the rented space, for example, hanging balloons or garlands, you may do so. However, no permanent modifications to the space are allowed.
- In the case of renting two consecutive time slots, the time between these two blocks is included at no additional cost.
- If food is brought to the site, it must be cold. The use of stoves, barbecues, microwaves, and other cooking appliances is strictly prohibited. We do not lend our refrigerators for food storage.
- We do not host weddings or ceremonies to avoid assuming responsibility for what could be the most important day of your life.
- After your reservation, a detailed questionnaire outlining all the necessary aspects for your welcome will be sent to you. We kindly ask you to fill it out and return it to us promptly.
- The south terrace is not available for rent, as it must remain available for citizens.
- Alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the restaurant counter. No outside alcoholic beverages will be tolerated, as we risk losing our liquor license. We reserve the right to search bags upon arrival. For your event, several options are available, including bottle purchases, cash & carry, or even the use of drink coupons for larger groups.
- For both food and drinks, service is done at the counter. There is no table service.
- Vehicles are strictly prohibited inside Parc La Fontaine, but it is possible to enter with a vehicle to unload equipment or to have a caterer deliver for a maximum of 15 minutes. Beware, rumors suggest park guardians hide in the bushes to track vehicles 😉
- It is not allowed to bring your own food into our indoor areas. You can choose from our variety of delicious menus that will most certainly please you. All our menus include a detailed list of allergens and “vegan” and “vegetarian” indication, your guests will be able to make their choice according to their preferences.
- For audio and technical equipment rental for private events (outside of regular opening hours), please contact us via email.
- Animals are not allowed, even if they are very cute!
