Weekday rentals
Although we’re closed to the public on weekdays, you can still rent our rooms. Write to us at info@robindesbois.ca to make a reservation. Please let us know the number of people, your budget and whether you would like to eat or drink.
Your place at the chalet
During our regular opening hours, groups can reserve a corner of the chalet or an outdoor space.
The chalet is a communal and friendly place where respect for others is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
Interior spaces
Twelve months a year, you can reserve a corner of the chalet during our regular opening hours. Closed and semi-closed sections, the possibility of configuring tables according to your needs, abundant windows and always, the pleasure of being in the heart of Parc La Fontaine! We recommend that you check the program to see what events are taking place at the time of your rental. For birthdays, baby showers and other celebrations, you’ll need to rent an enclosed space, either our loggias or the entire chalet after our opening hours.
The chalet, just for you
Outside our regular opening hours, it’s possible to have exclusive use of the chalet!
To find out more, write to us. In order to be able to respond and adapt to your needs, please specify in your e-mail whether it’s a private or corporate event, the desired date and time, the number of guests expected, and your total budget for the evening.
LE REFECTOIRE
A simple and friendly semi-private space, perfect for an informal team meeting without audiovisual needs or a meal with friends. The Dining Room can accommodate a maximum of 18 people. This space is not suitable for birthdays, baby showers, or other festive celebrations.

Warm, semi-private space. With its wooden tables, comfortable sofas and modular partitions, it invites you to relax and lends itself perfectly to family gatherings or life ceremonies.

LA LOGGIA SUD
An intimate and versatile private room, Loggia Sud is just as suitable for business meetings as it is for children’s birthday parties. Tables can be arranged according to your needs for a pleasant, well-organized space (Wi-Fi, HDMI/USB TV, multiple table and chair configurations).

Outdoor areas
From May to September inclusive, you can reserve our gazebos, our terrace, or even both, during our regular opening hours. You’ll enjoy an exceptional space, with views of the pond, trees and urban wildlife. Booking outside is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for the vagaries of the weather. For zero risk, we invite you to book inside.
GAZEBO NORD
Located at the end of the north wing, perfect for a family gathering, birthday party or informal get-together in a convivial atmosphere. You can rent the adjacent North Terrace for more space. (covered outdoor area)

Our signature activity: Cooking for the next
Le Robin des Bois invites you to an activity that combines business with pleasure.
The Cook to the Next activity takes place in three stages:
- Welcome cocktail and presentation of the evening’s proceedings.
- A cooking activity that transforms dining room tables into kitchen islands, and guests into cooks!
- The dining room is back to its usual self, and the party continues with a buffet dinner concocted by our chef Damien and his team.

END-OF-LIFE CEREMONY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
For the smooth running of the rentals, please respect the following instructions. We are delighted to welcome you and thank you for sharing this space with us.
IMPORTANT
NO weddings or wedding-like events are accepted.
RESERVATION
The total amount of the reservation must be paid on receipt of the invoice.
Reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
CATERING AND BEVERAGES
The catering menu must be confirmed and paid for no later than 2 weeks before the event.
A maximum of 10 people can be added to the catering menu and paid for up to 1 week before the event.
It is not possible to reduce the number of people confirmed. Surplus food can be taken away or donated. Bring your own reusable containers.
No food or drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, may be brought in from outside (house or external caterer).
Bags may be searched on arrival.
SPACES AND COHABITATION
It is forbidden to exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the contract.
Pre- and post-event activities must be included in the hours booked.
The room must be vacated and tidied before the end of the reserved block.
It is not permitted to arrive in advance without authorization.
Overtime must be booked and paid for in advance.
We are not responsible for other events taking place in the park (Ville de Montréal or Théâtre de Verdure).
In outdoor areas (terraces and gazebos), the bottom gates remain closed at all times.
Rental of the North Gazebo or North Terrace does not automatically include the adjacent space. It may therefore be shared with another group.
The Robin des Bois reserves the right to determine the acceptable noise level, due to the cohabitation with other events and the public nature of the site.
MATERIAL AND DECORATION
No audio equipment is included in the rental (except televisions in loggias).
Decorations are permitted (balloons, garlands, etc.) without permanently altering the premises.
Confetti is forbidden.
We do not remove furniture from the terrace, gazebo or lounge.
SERVICE AND ACCESS
Table service is not available.
Vehicles are not allowed in the park, except for unloading for a maximum of 5 minutes at the north entrance, without exception.
Pets are not allowed indoors, only on terraces and gazebos.
Additional charges may apply in the event of non-compliance.
We offer limited organizational support: sharing menus and touring the premises. You can take your own measurements during the visit.
