YOUR PLACE AT THE CHALET
During our regular business hours, groups can reserve a corner of the chalet or an outdoor space. Rates are for a three-hour block.
INDOOR SPACES
Twelve months a year, you can reserve a corner of the chalet during our regular opening hours. Closed and semi-closed sections, possibility of configuring the tables according to your needs, abundant windows and always, the pleasure of being in the heart of La Fontaine Park!
The Réfectoire
From: $125.00
Up to 18 people
Semi-private section, ideal for a tightly knit group! Composed of a refectory table that can seat up to 18 people.
A fee of $110 plus taxes applies to the rental of the Refectory. Non-refundable.
By reserving a block, you can arrive and leave whenever you want inside that block. Please note that the cost of renting dishes is $5 per person.

The Lounge
From: $350.00
Up to 50 people
Semi-private section, accommodating up to 50 people. The many wooden tables and the couch make you want to sit back and enjoy the moment!
A fee of $240 plus taxes applies to the rental of the Lounge. Non-refundable.
By reserving a block, you can arrive and leave whenever you want inside that block. Please note that the cost of renting dishes is $5 per person.

La Loggia South
From: $175.00
Up to 25 people
Closed room that can accommodate up to 25 people, which is particularly suitable for professional meetings. It is possible to move the tables there, in order to obtain the desired configuration. Please note: there is no wifi signal in La loggia.
It is possible to extend the rental at a cost of $30/h

La Loggia North
From: $245.00
Up to 35 people
Closed room that can accommodate up to 35 people, which is particularly suitable for professional meetings. Access to a television with HDMI and USB connections and a reading desk, Wifi access and the possibility of moving the tables there in order to obtain the desired configuration.
Fees of $180 plus taxes are applicable to the rental of the North Loggia. Non refundable.
It is possible to extend the rental at a cost of $50/h.

EXTERIOR SPACES
From May to September inclusively, it is possible to reserve our gazebos, our terrace, or even both, during our regular opening hours. You will enjoy an exceptional space, with a view of the pond, the trees and the urban wildlife. Booking outside is at your own risk, we are not responsible for the vagaries of the weather. For zero risk, you are invited to book indoors.
Gazebo North
From: $210.00
Up to 30 people
Intimate section, as it is located at the end of the north wing and partially closed on three sides. Although it can serve all types of customers, this section is particularly suitable for a family clientele because of its furniture. Up to 30 guests can be seated here.
A fee of $125 plus taxes applies to the rental of the north gazebo (5-hour block). Non-refundable.

Gazebo South

Up to 30 personnes
Intimate section, located at the end of the south wing and partially enclosed on three sides. It can seat up to 30 guests*.

A fee of $125 plus taxes applies to the rental of the south gazebo (5-hour block). Non-refundable.

North Terrace
From: $525.00
Up to 75 people
Located between the restaurant and the south gazebo, this section is very open to the park. Up to 75 guests can be seated here*.
* Need more space? Check if the South Gazebo is available and if so, rent both (maximum 105 people, $500)
A fee of $375 plus taxes applies to the rental of the south terrace (5-hour block). Non-refundable.

THE CHALET, JUST FOR YOU!
Outside of our regular business hours, it is possible to have the exclusivity of the chalet! Rental fees apply.
To find out more, write to us. Please specify in your email whether it is a private or corporate event, the nature of your event, the date and time desired, and the number of guests expected.
OUR SIGNATURE ACTIVITY: COOK FOR THE NEXT
The Robin des Bois invites you to an activity that combines business with pleasure. The Cook it forward activity is divided into three parts:
- Welcome cocktail and presentation of the evening’s activities.
- Cooking activity, where the tables in the dining room are transformed into kitchen islands, and the guests into cooks!
- The dining room returns to its usual appearance and the party continues with the buffet dinner, concocted by our chef Amélie and her team.

RESERVE A TABLE
Would you like to reserve a table, for lunch with a friend, a family brunch or other? At Robin des Bois, the principle of “first come, first served” applies. To be sure to have a space for your group, consult the previous section: Your place at the Robin.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the restaurant counter. No outside alcoholic beverages will be tolerated or we will lose our liquor license. We reserve the right to search bags upon arrival. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. For both food and drinks, service is at the counter. There is no table service. Vehicles are strictly forbidden inside the Parc La Fontaine. However, it is permitted to access the front entrance of the restaurant with your vehicle to drop off items you need for your event or to bring food (caterer). You can bring your own food, therefore you need to:
- Bring your own equipment (i.e., coolers). Access to the Robin des Bois equipment (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) will not be possible.
- Possibility to rent restaurant dishes (plates, utensils, glasses, napkins) in advance
- 5$ per person
If you wish to arrange the space differently:
- You can move the furniture in the rented space.
- You can decorate the rented space (provide all the necessary material for the installation and removal of decorative elements). No permanent changes to the space are permitted.
- The set-up and decoration must be done within the reserved time frame (i.e. between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.).
Other conditions:
- It is possible to bring your audio-visual equipment, outside only. However, its use must respect other clients and park users at all times.
- Inside Robin des Bois, the use of personal audio-visual equipment is prohibited. For equipment rental, please contact us.
- Clients and their guests will be responsible for their personal belongings.
- Animals are not accepted.
