MISSION

OUR MISSION

TO HELP OVERCOME LONELINESS, SOCIAL ISOLATION AND POVERTY. THIS IS THE MISSION WE HAVE GIVEN OURSELVES.

« We all like to help and give but we sometimes hesitate, probably for fear of being in direct contact with misery. But that doesn’t mean we have nothing to offer: we always have something to share! This is why the Robin des Bois was created. A playful place. Generous. Unpretentious. In the pleasure of eating, drinking and having fun. While doing good! Everyone is welcome, as long as he or she wants to participate in a shared experience. »

Judy Servay
Founder of Robin des Bois

Since its inception in 2006, Robin des Bois has been distinguished by its focus on being a social profit restaurant. We do this by encouraging volunteerism, supporting social reintegration and directly supporting community organizations through donations of food, money, access to our premises and more.

Our actions are driven by our values of inclusion, respect, teamwork, belonging and development.

If you feel like supporting us, you are warmly invited to come to the restaurant, to volunteer or to donate. Thank you for your support!

SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS

THROUGH DONATIONS OF MONEY AND FOOD, THE LOAN OF ITS PREMISES AND OTHER MEANS, THE ROBIN DES BOIS SUPPORTS THESE THREE ORGANIZATIONS, AND HAS DONE SO SINCE ITS VERY BEGINNINGS IN 2006.

The Refuge des Jeunes is a day, evening and night shelter, whose mission is to help young men in difficulty and homeless between the ages of 17 and 25 and contribute to improving their living conditions.

Since 1932, Le Chaînon has been accompanying women in difficulty in their reorganization efforts and meeting all their basic needs. At any time of the day or night, women in distress can knock on Le Chaînon’s door to be sheltered.

Sun Youth intervenes with underprivileged individuals and families in the Greater Montreal area by providing a range of emergency services aimed at ensuring basic needs and maintaining the integrity of individuals, by contributing to crime prevention and by promoting the physical and intellectual development of individuals through education, sports and recreation.

THE ROBIN DES BOIS ALSO SUPPORTS OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, INCLUDING L’ACCUEIL BONNEAU AND LA MAISON DU PARC.

Founded in 1877, Accueil Bonneau opens its doors every day to hundreds of people experiencing homelessness, supports them in meeting their basic needs, and guides them on their path to social reaffiliation and housing stability.

Since 1991, the Maison du Parc welcomes men and women stricken with HIV. It offers a palliative care program and accompaniment for the physical, psychological and social needs of its residents.

TO YOU, DEAR ORGANIZATIONS, BRAVO AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRECIOUS COMMITMENT TO HELPING VULNERABLE POPULATIONS. YOU ARE WONDERFUL!
